I picked up some Fleer Globetrotter cards for my sets. I saw one dealer who had a LARGE supply of 1972 ICEE BEAR cards including probably 50 Pete Maravich cards in beautiful shape but he wanted $100 each and was not willing to budge. He kind of pressured me to make an offer so I did but I really don't know the value of these and I think my offer was "a little low" hahaha.

Here is a closer scan of the 1948 Bowman basketball "freaks" I bought for $125. #45 Bob Doll and #53 Out of Bounds. The cards are overstruck on the back with 1948 Bowman "Movie Stars" and 1949 Bowman "America Salutes The FBI", along with the normal basketball backs. I did show them to a dealer who had mostly basketball cards and he said he had seen some like these before.

Alan I found a business card from Hank Reizes mixed in with my purchases, it may have been him? His card says 99% basketball.

Larry
