A Clyde Brud is currently on eBay for $200, way out of my price range.
Here is a 1930 Zeenut of Clyde "Tub" Perry, as seen from Rhett's great website starsofthediamond

Hopefully you have one already, but if not, this card should not be too tough (or expensive) to eventually track down.

I know it shouldn't be hard to find, but finding individual Zeenuts is like finding a needle in a haystack. I've never found one for sale. Thanks for the picture.

The late Bob Lemke did a lot of research on these sets a few decades ago. This links to one of his blog posts on Globe, with more links within:

Welcome to Net54. There are Buy/Sell/Trade sections further down for this type of post.

I have heard this from most Z collectors. There are some other rare sets like that to. Find a specific player for Mothers Bread or Victory Tobacco? Good luck...

Random bump on this, but has anyone ever seen any of the Miami examples?

They're listed as existing but I've never actually seen one

Someone sold a set within the last year or so, and I recall seeing the images. I can't recall whether it was here or on eBay, but they were definitely offered, and sold very quickly. I'm certain they were Miami Flamingos — the Pepper Martin card stuck in my memory. Hopefully, I saved a few images. If I can find them, I'll post them here.

Appreciate it

Johnny Podgajny is close enough to my collection goals if one popped up I'd prolly go for it. So just curious what the card looks like

I have a complete Sky Sox set with album that my wife bought for me a long time ago. I posted it here.
