1948 Cleveland Indians team issue cards?

I dunno either but the fact it has a Veeck card is pretty cool.

Did Boudreau and Beardon look that similar, or are both of those cards pictures of the same guy? Even the smiles are the same.

I seem to recall a 4 on 1 version of the Indians TI around the WS; possibly this lot was cut down from those?

If it was a team issue, why are the borders so mis-cut and uneven on every card? I would think there would be a little bit of quality control.
