Thanks Jerry. Added one to my West Coast type collection and I think I'm done for the month.

Too many great and unique pick ups to give individual shout outs. July has been a great month to the Net54 society.
Picked this up from a fellow board member in part trade. Thanks Jeff, your Lections Ruth will be en route soon. |

Was shocked to see this as the only one graded by PSA

I believe this is a W502 (blank back), not W-unc. It does not picture Paul Waner, whose image appears on Lloyd Waner's card in the vast array of sets associated with this style. According to some sources, the image on this card is actually Carson Bigbee.

At least PSA got the year right. It is the vastly more difficult 1931 W502.

D304 Cobb sighting! My favorite pre war card. What a beauty. The Honus is pretty, too but that Cobb has always grabbed my eye. Very hard to find these days. Congrats!

Insanely quick turnaround on this re-holder from SGC. I could not be happier with how this looks. SO SHARP! Best overall player of the 19th century according to Cap Anson, Jim O'Rourke, and Paul Hines among others. The 19th century single season home run king!
