Thanks, fellas. Feels good to share the vibe; tried explaining to my visiting mom today why I was so pumped about these— at least she seemed to get it way, way more than the wife LOL.
I just find the undergirding data on signed vintage so compelling; that's what drew me in a few years back... For example, almost 5000 of the 1953 Topps Mick unsigned graded by PSA. But only 48 signed. And only 19 are signed on a numerically graded card. Of those 19, generously half could be centered with a pretty auto. That is a very small amount as compared to say the 93 examples in PSA 8 holders. So I really dig the relative rarity— when one can be found with good eye appeal.
