I think I'll crack out my Cobb that's graded A, resubmit it and see what happens (if it gets numerical, or a brief explanation). I like the new label approach from SGC.

Default Finally!

I've been complaining about this for years!! Couldn't tell the difference between an altered card and a factory miscut!!

I am actively buying and selling vintage sports cards graded and raw. Feedback as a buyer: https://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=297262

I am accepting select private consignments of quality vintage cards (raw or graded) and collecting "want" lists for higher end ($1K+) vintage cards.

I like the information provided, but I'd much rather see the "A" on the front, with the detail on the back of the flip. It's too busy on the front, which would detract from my enjoyment of the card.

This is definitely a step in the right direction, however.

I love the additional info on the label and SGC goes beyond what PSA has been doing on their Authentic slabs.

I agree, however I think The A with the reasoning on the front would be a nice medium. Being on the back would take away from the trademark look and the slab would have to be altered.
I don't like the Whole word AUTHENTIC on the front. Just isn't a clean look to me. An A with the reasoning underneath in even smaller font I think would be great.

I can't stand the look of the new Authentic flip. It's just so cluttered and messy looking. I like the information, but I don't understand why they couldn't just add those notes to the website so that you can look it up online when looking up the cert.

Have you tried using their Pop report or the nonexistent registry?
If so why do you have confidence that looking up the notes online would be any better?

Even under good circumstances looking stuff up online is a PITA.
