Great cards, everyone. I don't know where Jerry and Steve find all of these cards. Fun to see.

Here's a WG1 from the Esch collection. I don't know much about this set, but they don't seem to come up for sale very often.

Also, a 9 OC Goudey of Wright. I know this one may get some boos, but I thought it was kind of nice, with sharp corners. I'm not a graded guy, but have some high grade, slabbed stuff for fun.

The OC works on your Wright Rob, the strong red vertical acts as an anchor and a pseudo border, all the movement is away from the anchor si it winds up being very pleasing to the eye. Nice pick up.

thanks to david for getting me this ruth for my collection. Looks like Ruth was the last card on the strip...accounting for the large rt border...still cut very nicely. I like evidence of use personally...i will not be going for the color variations or an example with better centering!!!!

Nice W517 Ruth. I really like that pose.

I believe that the original 3 card strips were all horizontal, not vertical, so the other 2 cards that were originally with Ruth would have the same left to right centering.

I don't think I have seen a horizontal w517 strip but have had several vertical ones.
