No one ever talks about medium crust pizza. Doesn't it have a fan base of its own?

Detroit style has gotten quite popular in recent years. Thicker than NY, different cheese, comes in a square pan. Is not a 4 inch casserole made of 10% cheese and 90% sauce/soup/slop that Chicago deep dish is.

I'm a fan of traditional NY pizza having grown up in North Jersey. I do like an occasional Sicilian pie too.

I'm definitely a fan of Sicilian pizza.
I think all pizza is good, just some is better. There's no such thing as bad pizza.

You haven't been to Shakey's. Cardboard with ketchup. But at least they made baseball cards.
