Just need the other Gehrig to complete the 1934 Goudey set. If anyone has a decent looking lower grade one for sale, please let me know.

Ben, great PC796. I don't think I've ever seen one of those I didn't like.

I picked up this photo of Wilbert Robinson. The Robins player is unidentified. I'll send a stick of old Topps gum to anyone who can ID him for me.

...and then there was 1. Just the Green Cobb remaining to complete my T206 HOF Portrait run after nabbing this from Chuck this week. Great centering and registration...just a little loved over time.

Excited and sad at the same time that the journey is nearly over. I suppose I'll just look to upgrade some of them along the way now.

What next...what next

Bill

The Hornsby pc is neat. I've collected Ruth cards for years and still do. With prices going up I really enjoy picking up much less expensive players like Hornsby.
It's hard to believe in this market I can still find nice playing days Hornsby cards for a few hundred dollars.

Thank you Bob. Cornerstone piece for me. They named the field after him, so he's a dotted line to my Hall of Fame Project, too. Haha.
