I also think it is good but with the "t" not high enough to be crossed it is not an ideal example.
As far as your question about value, due to the atypical signature and the medium I would say $2000-$2500 would be the wholesale value. It is maybe a $4000 retail item in my opinion but would likely need a professional LOA to bring that. Really nice fountain pen examples are worth $6000 or maybe even a little more in today's market but my opinion is that this one is well short of that.

Agree, rushed but good!
But even a rushed Ruth looks better than 99.9 % of current athletes "signatures"!
