Very nice piece! However, I wouldn't give much credit to Heritage stating there were only 2 examples known to exist. They would be in trouble if they state the one in their auction was the only one in existence. It is a very common practice to make that "existence" number very low to help out the hammer price for item like this.

For some of my rare cards I often use the term "known". No one with half a brain is going to normally say exactly how many of something there is, because another can be found.
