I came across this thread from 2017 while doing some research and I had forgotten about it when I posted this thread late last year.

Stuff like this is what drives me and I'm sure others to do this kind of research, it's very rewarding when you find something that backs up an original thought.

Good morning! Wow Pat! You really pay attention to details. I completely agree with you, these kind of color off registration specimens can tell a great details of how t206s layout in the past. t206musem site has show case a few of these a while back.

Pat - is there another Toronto player who is a possible match? I ask because I don't think this one is Mitchell. The part of the ghosted image in Moran's border completes the O (it is the middle part of the O) on Mitchell's jersey, but to be from Mitchell shouldn't the ghosted image should be the left side of the O because that is what is on Mitchell's jersey?

Bryan - I think you mean Mitchell not Rudolph and I don't see what you're seeing. Three of the Toronto players have the correct O but both Grimshaw and McGinley's are too high up. Grimshaw isn't even close.

Sorry about that, yep, meant Mitchell. Just fixed it.

And - please ignore my last post. I was looking quickly and missed that you had the Moran card over the top of and partially obscuring Mitchell. So, I agree with your find - thanks for sharing it.
