A life well lived. RIP Julie. Was friends with her on Facebook but I don't think she had posted in years.

Julie was a lady with deep knowledge in a variety of differing areas. My recollection is that she'd politely post something, and if you talked with her about something she'd always have deeper, more thorough thoughts. She added civility to the board. A nice lady.

I remember her “mixing it up” on this forum 15 years or so ago. RIP to a strong hobby voice.

Wow that is a name that I haven’t seen for quite a few years. Julie was one of the originals of Net54. I always found her to be very pleasant and her spirit will be missed! Tough to hear this news.

I remember Julie fondly. Her posts were always filled with her personality and her collection was great. RIP Julie. My best to her family and friends.

According to FB, today would have been her 87th birthday so there is something appropriate about all of us posting and remembering her today on this day

RIP Julie.
Remember one time she bought a Bob Caruthers cabinet card and accidentally tore it in half when opening the package it came in.

Very sad news. A very unique individual with wide ranging interests from sports history to Asian art. Among a very small percentage of female collectors and among an even smaller percentage of collectors who, although not wealthy, once sold a significant part of her collection to donate to African Famine Relief. I was fortunate to have met and become friends with Julie and her late husband Bob and enjoyed every visit over several decades. I'm sure that she is already hard at work in her new venue making sure that all of the wings are in perfect shape, no strings are missing from the harps, and that the pearly gates are allowing equal access. Rest in Peace.

RIP.
She was an independent, interesting woman who was one to remove expensive cards from their graded holders
