Probably, but at the same time depending on how many people who had won tonight get outbid tomorrow, may not be pretty.

I was high bidder on a lot going into the first extended bidding. No more bids came in. No bids during the up-down fiasco period either. So now they are going to give people another day to outbid me.

What is most annoying is that the company has really screwed this up, yet they will benefit by extending time to get more bids. And bidders like us who read the rules and p[layed by them get the rug pulled out from under us.

And.............. having inadequate server horsepower to conduct the auction properly is NOT an "act of God." God could figure out how to do this (like split the auction close over 2 or 3 days like Heritage does.)

Mine is letting me raise my bid now, although I am pushing my max limit on some and have exceeded on others. I would raise my bid on one or two if I thought I truly had 10 minutes left but it says I have 20 hours. The old hurry up and wait game.

Yes.... it sucks. Prospective bidders already had a full hour (instead of the normal 10 minutes) to bid on items with no activity. Now they'll get an additional 24 hours.

REA has records of when each bid was placed. Tomorrow they should close off all the lots that received no activity in overtime, and only extend the lots that showed activity during the extended bidding.

I doubt this will happen, but it's absolutely the right thing to do.

Anything else would be really wrong!

They are saying the auction is extended till 9PM tommorow. Does that mean new bidders can come in on lots they weren't bidding on?? That shouldn't be allowed either. Auction should be "paused" till 9 PM tomorrow and then opened with the 10 minute rule in play.

I am actively buying and selling vintage sports cards graded and raw. Feedback as a buyer: https://www.net54baseball.com/showthread.php?t=297262

I am accepting select private consignments of quality vintage cards (raw or graded) and collecting "want" lists for higher end ($1K+) vintage cards.
