Yeah, he just keeps chipping away, like Beltre. Beltre had a really good 2nd half of his career, which might be tough for Machado to keep up with...but it's doable.

I don't think Beltre's Rookie cards are on fire either.

Guy is ranked as the 4th best 3rd baseman of all-time by JAWS and has the 27th highest lifetime WAR out of all position players. Almost everybody within sniffing distance of him is a literal icon of the sport.

Nobody cares.
