Thanks for that Dean. It sounds like a fun event.
I'd seen that Google Book reference in my searches. As the congressman in the book was elected in 1992 and the book was published in 2000, I'm pretty sure that the signing with Gibson, Fidrych and Blue was between 1993 and 1999. I'll try to contact the NAMI as Hank suggested to see what info I can get from them. If I'm successful I'll post the results here.
