I assume those are Topps, and if so, is it hard, locally, to pick up OPC cards?

When I was in the Northeast it was easier. I have found a local connection here that is a native of Canada so I have decent access to OPC. That said, if it's vintage hockey and it's a great deal I don't hesitate to take the Topps as well.
