The proliferation of nukes would suggest most of us will be dead, causing prices to plummet as so many collections come to market at the same time.

All the people who told me spending thousands of dollars to build my card bunker was stupid will be proven wrong.

So does that mean that "Pre-War" will now indicate Pre 2023?

Well, if someone had asked me in 2019 what effect a global pandemic that killed millions around the world would have on the card market, I definitely would not have answered that it would cause the price of everything to explode like it has. So I think its anyone’s guess.

I think we were all wrong on that.

Now we just need to re-adjust how and what we collect based on these new prices, the new demand, and in some ways new items coming to the market that has not been seen in years (from long time collectors that are taking a profit on their collections)

We have always said that a piece of cardboard has the intrinsic value of the heat it puts off if it's burnt. So that is where we are if all things go to hell in a handbag. And therefore larger cards are intrinsically worth more, all ingredients being equal.
