I would go with these all time top 5 pitchers (career value, not peak), not necessarily in order best to worst:

Walter Johnson
Lefty Grove
Bob Feller
Seaver
Maddux
Pedro

Next Tier:
Mathewson
Koufax
Nolan Ryan - most sheer dominant, most fun to watch
Paige - really don't know, just gut feeling
Randy Johnson
