Default Tell us of your challenging experience(s) working on T206 runs

Hey guys,

Thanks for sharing your interesting stories here. Let's continue "running" this thread with more T206 runs. I'll continue this with one of my favorite....this 460-only Series McGraw.

American Lithographic divided the 46 cards in this Series in 2 print groups. This McGraw was printed in the Exclusive 12 group, comprising of 13 different backs. Here they are......

Default Wajos

Wajo Drum has eluded me, but I'm not stressing too much about it!

Well, Jay killed the thread, but I'll post in it anyway. I've started and given up on a ton of back runs, always deciding I needed the $ for another new pickup. THis Dubuc run is the only one I've finished. It was actually pretty easy. The Tolstoi is impossible, so when I got it, I considered going for the run. His story is very wild, fun player to collect so I figured I'd go for it. A lot of these fell into my lap, and also happened to all be in nice but affordable shape (other than my Coupon Type 1).

Currently thinking of finishing the Clarke Portrait, Walsh, and Jimmy Collins runs, but haven't started buying the common backs yet.

I've been gradually working on runs of the Providence players. I knew the Broad Leaf, Carolina Brights and Drums might be out of reach, but I underestimated how hard the Tolstoi, EPDG, AB, and Cycles can be.

I have seven of the eight Cycles for the team, needing only Lavender.

My closest player run is Izzy Hoffman. If I ignore the BL and CB, then I only need Tolstoi.

Haven't added one in 5+ years, had secured the only know CB but someone talked the owner into consigning it and it is now tucked away in a very large collection. Need a BL350 (3-4 known) and the Victory (1).
