Nothing kills a thread faster than a W9316 strip card...

An upgrade to the Schalk that I already had came today.

Thanks to Kris for this nice 1911 Obak!

I'm officially a hoader on this card.

Great pickups so far this month, everyone! I recently got the green color variation of this card graded by PSA. Here it is along w/ the red and b/w ones. Hopefully, this finishes the color run for this card.

A great looking Obak Patrick. The 1911 Tiedemann is one of my (many) favorite Obak cards.

Also finally picked up a w516-2-2 Ruth to complete the w516 run.

Great Ruths Gary. I never knew some of the w516s seem to depict Ruth as a righty, while others correctly show him as a lefty. Are these different poses/different parts of his wind up? Or are they just reversed images?

Honestly, I never gave these cards any real thought, but looking at them all lined up like that, it’s cool that they are one of the few images out there of Ruth as a pitcher.

Great cards as always Gary!!!! Welcome to the W516 club!!

Ryan, these are just reversed images, as the copyright text is backwards on the cards where Ruth is throwing right-handed.

Thanks, everyone, for the comments!

Jim, I love your W516 run also. I think I sold you a couple of those cards! Also, the W516-2-3 is always the toughest one, and you have a very nice copy.

Yep, as Jim said, in a previous post, they are just reversed images.
