I gotta say, I think Chris may have nailed it with Fenway.

I always assumed it was a Tiger player because his cap looks like Ty Cobb's on his T205 card.

Trying to figure out where the camera was, could be looking from first base, in this area and then cropped.

It does appear to be Fenway, which opened for MLB play in 1912, so that narrows down the time. The National Game cards had a patent date of March 25, 1913. They were likely produced no later than May, 1913, and probably have pictures from before the patent date, so that would narrow it to the 1912 season. Look up the game logs and stories of Tigers at Red Sox from 1912 and you may be able to figure it out. A quick glance at the Boston Globe from 8/21/1912 had a game summary from the prior day that mentioned a play in the sixth inning where Speaker hit a shot to 3b and Charlie Deal threw the ball into right field, allowing Tris to move all the way around to third. Maybe that's your play, but of course there are several other games to review.

The uniforms look to agree with a Detroit at Boston game in 1912. The third baseman for Detroit was Charlie Deal on 08/20/12 and it looks like the play is at third based on where the camera is looking at the left-center field. It looks like it could be Charlie based on the ears and general shape of his head. Charlie was also right handed so the gloved left hand in the image on the card agrees with that as well.
Charlie is pictured below. .
