Most I would spend on a card - could be a little, could be a lot, depends on the price and perceived value. I just spent $1.k on a 1999 Charizard PSA 9 - maybe I have lost my marbles.

Asking your question in a vacuum is unanswerable. There are too many variables to consider. For example, would I spend $50,000.00 on a baseball card for my personal collection? Absolutely not. However, would I spend $50,000.00 on a card that I could immediately flip for a nice profit? Absolutely. Everything is relative.
Asking what is the most you have ever spent (instead of what is the most you would spend) on a baseball card for your personal collection is the better question. There are less variables with this question. However, it is a personal financial question, and you many not get a lot of responses. |
