Nice cards. If you do ever bother to upgrade the Tenney NY, I'd be quite happy to take your pinhole copy.

Pretty strong prices for most of the T3s in REA last night. It looks like the few raw ones were a little more reasonable. Did anyone pick anything up?

It wasn't me. I was hoping to hear that either you or Chad was able to win it to complete your sets.

Extremely strong prices on T3s last night. I was quite surprised at what the commons in 3 holders brought. Was hoping to upgrade my Moran but it went for double what I expected! And no, the Tenney was not me. Even if I liked that Tenney, I would've been out at that price, but I was not a fan of that copy with the paper loss in the borders. I was not a part of bidding it up so there were at least two other people who liked it more than I did. The Tenney search continues...

I got this Wallace in a lot, it had what seemed like white labels stuck to the front, really stuck. What you see is the best I could do in removing them.

EDIT: Added a photo of what it looked like pre-label removal.

Chad, the Wallace looks pretty good if you had to pull labels off of it. A little paper loss in 2 places, but overall not bad.

I was surprised by how much the Tenney went for considering the paper loss as you mentioned and since it was the more common of the variations.

I bid on a bunch & just won the Ira Thomas
Very strong prices overall. Like....
Carrigan PSA-3 $810, Moran PSA-3 $750

Here's the Thomas PSA-2, it shipped yesterday & should be here tomorrow.

Hey congrats! I'm glad I didn't bid that one up I wanted the Moran as an upgrade, but at half the closing price! Since we're on Walsh today, I should mention that I really liked the VG Walsh in REA as well, but again I was out before the end as it went for well over what I was hoping. REA seems to be getting a serious premium these days.

Chad if you bid 1 increment higher, it would have been all yours.
I always feel left out if there is a batch of T3's and I get shutout

I wasn't the underbidder, I placed an early starter bid but turned my attention elsewhere, and ended up being shut out. Those are the breaks! On the plus side, my wallet can continue to slowly recuperate from 2021.
