Well, just because they couldn't be certified as unopened doesn't mean they actually aren't. It means that BBCE couldn't make the determination. They could still be good, or they could be resealed.

Yea they could still be legit. I was wondering what a fair price to offer would be...... I would love to get the 1969 pack.

I just checked out the BBCE website and man, do some of their prices seem insane. $50 for a 1991 Topps wax pack (pack, not box) just because it's a PSA 9?
$195 for a 1988 Topps pack??? I mean, who cares if a 1988 Topps pack is a PSA 10? It's a freaking 1988 Topps pack. |
