I had to look for a while to find a card from my birth year, but here is Ol' Case from 1946 Remar.

I'm as old as this card! Wish it was mine, though.

Thoroughly enjoy being able to talk to all of you so often. Feel like Net54 is one of the most social, community driven forums out there. Have met some incredible people.

I am exactly 100 years younger than Charlie Gould, and that makes me feel real good.

BTW - Charlie played in his last game in 1877.

I agree. He was 56 or so in that picture and still a few years away from the Yankees.

Where are the 16-21 year olds? I guess vintage is not on the mind when chasing the chase cards, or perhaps the womenfolk?

Brian (I got into vintage at age 16. Go figure.)

Nice observation Brian, my guess is chasing tail. Fittingly, I believe my collecting took a break during pretty much that exact span.

I’m 37, been collecting since I can remember. Collecting vintage 17 years, or since I first signed up for eBay in 2004, junior year in college.

BTW, Thanks for an awesome site Leon!

Cheers to All (even the grumpy guys on the other end of the scale! )
