There is not a printed one, too many sales too fast to keep up. Best sources are completed ebay sales, PSA auctions prices realized and VCP, along with a few others....

Printed guides aren't worth the paper they are printed on. Will tell you that a $5000 card is worth $900.
Definitely VCP. |

I find some of the larger (annual-style) publications to be valuable resources.
Granted, their pricing is largely out-of-date before the book goes to print. However, the evergreen information (such as listing the short prints within each set) comes in handy.
