I don’t think that’s what they’ll do. Under this idea nobody would be able to start new sets. Seems foolish as a long term idea. I also heard nothing from Nat that would indicate you need to have a set in the registry to submit bulk.this may be how it initially gets reintroduced but no way is that the long term solution.
