The one on the right in the image I posted (neither are my card). The handout version, without the "Red Cross long Cut" verbiage on card, and the brownish frame. There's too many in two styles to be proofs, and they don't have any print marks. But what do I know, I think the evidence points to some kind of ad, kind of like the E79 Jeffries/E95 Cobb 'cards'.

Which are sheet-cut and found blank or with printed backs, for those unfamiliar with the issue.
