I find it odd, however, that Masi is part of the H&S set yet Boyer isn't?
Is there any rhyme or reason why some are and others not?

Excuse my ignorance and inexperience, Al, but who actually decided/concluded the cards currently in the SS as the final cards, or is it technically still open?

Just a guess here, but I assume it was guys like yourself, Bob Lemke and other experienced, knowledgeable collectors, through analysis, decided what qualified and what didn't as far as variations go, etc, who agreed what would be included and what wouldn't?
