I saw this thread when new and have not come back until today. Gotta like that you have pretty much made back your initial investment, minus your time, of course. When dealing with cards, most of my time is considered entertainment, so I'd be happy with whatever I kept from the lot and still getting back every penny I spent! Congrats!

Yes, cards are entertainment for sure - making back part of the money invested isn’t worth it from a time perspective, but it’s part of the fun. I often look at card purchases of packs, sets to break, etc with a thought to “how many hours will this entertain me…then I compare the cost to going to the movies, out to dinner, a show, etc…usually the cards are cheaper per hour of amusement than other options! |
