Obviously there are probably some raw ones out there, and I don't know SGC's pop, but PSA has graded only five of these Carey type 1s:

I don't have anything super rare. 3 of my T206 Krause portraits have a combined PSA/SGC pop of 20 or less

This Type 2 R308 Tattoo Orbit of Pepper Martin (shown with the smaller R308 as well as the more common and colorful R305 for comparison) only exists as a NFT card.

Brian (NFT = Not For Pterodactyls...because phonetically speaking, they would make a mäk(ə)rē of this card)
