I like your style! Your post made me actually look it up and I think you're safe.

Burt Hooton's middle name was Carlton and he was an all-star in 1981. But, we all know he didn't go by Carlton and a quick search of eBay shows the only thing he appeared on as an All-Star was a 1992 Trak Auto Los Angeles Dodgers All-Star stamp, which is not a card.

Tex Hughson's middle name was also Carlton (and, actually, his first name was Cecil). He was an All-Star for three straight year from 1942-1944 but not on a baseball All-Star card, that I know of anyway.
