...... Piedmont ...... Sweet Caporal ..... Polar Bear_____The "House" that created these Tobacco cards_____Sovereign ........... Hindu ........ American Beauty

And here's an A - B - C - C - D display. The extra "C" is for the 1910 COUPON card of Chase. Actually, this array of 5 cards is just a small portion of my Hal Chase run.
This Chase is my favorite T206 image. Currently, I have 23 of it's backs. I need CAROLINA BRIGHTS, CYCLE 460, DRUM, LENOX, T213-3 Factory #8 (overprint), and a
T214. His DRUM card has yet to be confirmed. I do expect that his DRUM will eventually be discovered.

Default T206 REFERENCE.....Doing a T-card run is fun....Show us your T206 or T205 card-runs

I started collecting T206's in 1981, when I acquired this Hal Chase card at the Willow Grove Show in Pennsylvania.
I have always been an avid set collector (completed major sets from 1887 to 1986). So at the beginning, the T206
set was not a high priority for me. I "completed" my first T206 (521-card) set circa 1996. I was keen about buying
the four Cobb's (and other major stars) in the early 1980's. The Cobb's were selling for only $20 each back then in
Ex condition.

Continuing my Chase run......

Awesome run Jay.

I am amazed almost everyday here with everyone’s runs and other incredible posts/cards. Part of the reason that I come to these pages way more than I should. Lol.

Incredibly impressive runs everyone, and I like the alphabet soup angle. I am not a runner when it comes to collecting, in fact this is the only one I have that even comes close, but about a decade ago on this site I lucked into obtaining 7 of these 9 as a group (I already had one, and picked up another later). Not sure if the Tolstoi exists, but I have no plans on obtaining it or any of the remaining tough backs. I might eventually upgrade 1 or 2 of them though.

My Alphabet Gaavy Cravath Soup is actually a word scramble, and ACEPPSSSO it spells out...CAPS POSES. Which obviously points out the way that each one of these Cravath cards is showing off the modern/retro way Gaavy wore his baseball cap.
