Really depends on the set....but I would say in these times of big $$ coming into the market, they are looking for turnkey purchases and not to chase down cards to complete a set. The premium some would pay for high-grade & complete cannot be overlooked.
The flip side of this, is that the high grade singles broken up, may or may not exceed the sum of the set intact??? Again, I think this vary from issue to issue. |
