Well, I guess the COA on the baseball could be fraudulent. It says it's from Madison Sports Management Inc, which I read was under the eye of the FBI a while back (or at least people were copying their COAs, and taking signatures). My stepdad worked for a big corporation, and get it from a corporate event around ~2000. Is there any easy way to get a signature verified?
