Another anomaly is Myers - New Haven.
There doesn't seem to be a record of Myers playing for New Haven. He isn't listed with them in Baseball Reference. In 1916, 1917, and 1918 he is not on the roster of the New Haven Murlins. In 1919 he is not on the roster of the New Haven Weissmen. And, in 1920 he is not on the roster of the New Haven Indians. The Type 2 Coupons are full of these kinds of strange happenings, and it looks like Type 3's also have their cards with team designations that are difficult to figure out.
