Are these normal T209 size or larger? If they are larger and somewhat thicker, they are probably cut from a panel of which was produced for an ad display. Is there anything on the back? I used to have two panels, which were larger and even had unissued players on them, which were intended for the "Second Series" which never happened.

The hand cut borders, missing colors and names, and especially the ghost on the back (which is a cylinder/roller transfer, not a wet sheet transfer), make me think these are printer's scraps and that the ghost led to the scrapping of the sheet.
