They have noted they confirmed it left their facility but haven’t disclosed HOW they confirmed that. Was it word of mouth? Has anyone actually walked the floor to see?

Just feels like they are banking this all on the USPS investigation without any backtracking that I can see.

Years ago I tried a case against PSA over a Magie they threw away and was appalled to learn that they had no monitoring or electronic surveillance of the unpacking room, so no record of what happened when my client's package was opened. If they still have no surveillance it would be shocking, especially given the easy tech that is now available. Yet not surprising...

They only want to pay the declared value. Nothing extra for the grades that the cards attained. That is why it is so important for you to DECLARE VALUES PROPERLY!!!!!

Declared value was from July of 2020. The values of the cards have increased substantially in that time and has to be considered.

I am out 15 cards including 10 that will take a long time to find and replace and for more money than they were worth 12 months ago by a bunch.

Hoping we can have a conversation with their team to get this fixed because it really isn’t right.
