I was looking at this Stevens Firearms Mack closer and think there is a chance it could be a natural phenomenon, when taking the staining into account

And if you see a card with Alfred on back it's probably PCL and has a good chance of being rare.

Here are some Zeenut cards with drawings on their blank canvas backs.

This is, without question, one of my favorite cards. Buckley the Crusader has it all: a fire bomb, a staff, a sword, a Templar theme, a battle with the Turks, and a holy war (because God wills it)...

Ridiculously cool & funny card!

You know that kid that drew that was showing all his buddies on the playground his amazing artwork! It really brings that time period to life to see doodles and graffiti like this!

It took me awhile, and the scans are fairly poor (thanks graded cards and their dislike of being scanned well by certain scanners), but I thought this 1925 Zeenut of Jim Bagby deserved to be added to this thread.

It makes you ponder if the artist had a second copy of the card, or if they had to do a lot of card flipping to create the final product as seen on the card's back.

I like most drawn on cards, but Ol' Leatherface Lou kinda scares me.

these are black and white cards with red backgrounds but someone meticulously colored them in:

This is hand-painted:

Here's a 1963 Jell-o Shortprint I bought in a lot of cards years ago:
