Glenn, you have great group of type cards. I enjoy looking at BOTH sides of my type cards, especially when these players are on the fronts!

The Sylvan Sweets order card would fit the call of the question; the flip books are uncommon but findable, but the order cards, yeah, not so much. Took me a few years and a lucky break at the 2019 National:



Now this one is modern (1982) but I had never seen one before I added it to my Aaron collection:




From a tour of the Korean professional baseball league that Aaron and Ernie Banks (among others) did in 1982. Not sure who made it since I don't read Korean but the mascot looks like a wiener in formal wear. I dunno.

1932 Doble Aguila from Venezuela with Tetelo Vargas, hit .471 in 1943. More:

"Tetelo Vargas was a player with exceptional skills in nearly all aspects of the game. He hit for average, had good power for his physique, and was a superb defender. He possessed a strong throwing arm and superior speed – which won him the nickname El Gamo Dominicano, or “The Dominican Deer.” He was an excellent base-stealer as well. His complexion kept him on the wrong side of the major leagues’ color barrier – he was 41 when Jackie Robinson arrived. Yet Vargas accomplished much in more than three decades of professional baseball (1923-1956), a career that took him from his homeland to Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Cuba, Canada and the U.S. Negro Leagues. He is unequivocally recognized as the greatest Dominican player of his era. As Peter Bjarkman, historian of Latin American baseball, wrote, “The slender, wiry outfielder and shortstop. . . is without doubt the most accomplished Dominican native never to spend a single day in the majors.”"

Not sure just how rare, but at a National many years ago picked up these supplements from St. Louis Republic on the Browns team. Havent seen any others. 8 x 11 sized. Stone and Pelty.

Nice Crowley's Milk card, Dave. It's neat that it was used as a post card in the year of issue. Coincidentally, I sold my type card from this set a couple of hours ago on eBay.
