Wagner on a budget?

I've been successful with everyone except Wagner. I don't have a ton of prerequisites other than price, and condition is obviously not of great importance to me. Going through eBay, previously sold cards, and even a thread on this forum from a couple of years ago, it seems that finding a game card from 1913/1914 (national game, etc) or Colgan's chips in poor condition is probably my best bet.

Does anyone have any other recommendations about a card that I may have missed to keep an eye out for?

Cant really help with the Wagner but would love to see what else you have in your collection. Pretty cool to see guys like Ruth, Cobb Cy etc to be found under 200

I would think if you looked for a really beat up National Chicle you might have a shot along with the game card option?

It's a fun restriction to try to meet. I have a T202 of Mathewson, a T202 and B18 blanket of Johnson, a Sanella Ruth that I bought as part of the whole set/book, and a Tom Barker game Cobb. I'll try to get some photos up later. The T202s are in pretty bad condition.

Game cards for sure although there are some lower grade caramel cards that don't seem crazy.

Good suggestion, Orange border just sold for $371 with the juice at Heritage last night, neat looking card.
