Not only do you have Mantle on that card you also have Gibson pitching and two dozen CIA agents in the background keeping an eye on things.

Interestingly, Gibson didn't pitch in game 3.

Topps photo editors must have thought, "hey, just airbrush the number out and Gibson will look like Barney Schultz..."
