Historic Mail Day for Me
In the summer of 2018, I purchased my first 1952 Topps low number card: a PSA 1 Willie Mays (since cracked).
Today, I received in the mail, a 1952 Joe DeMaestri - the last card I needed to complete the 52 Low Number series. Putting this together was probably the most fun I've had collecting. Thanks to Net54, ebay, and online sellers like the Battersbox, it wasn't hard to find the cards, but it was so much fun watching my binder fill up. I managed to pick up a few of the bigger high numbers along the way too (no Mantle), and now I'll move on to working on that in earnest. Here's to collecting.
