![]() ![]() I guess the kid who owned this one really wanted to make sure it was #176. This one too; I guess numbers are hard to remember: ![]() Here are the three boxers in the issue, from the entertainment group. All were issued in connection with the MGM film The Prizefighter and the Lady. ![]() ![]() ![]()

When Net54 gets all R308 inquisitive, I always like to break out the below group scan for size comparisons. The scan also showcases that poses were shared between the three issues.

The foto funs never seem to show up anywhere. I've been looking for a Billy Sullivan foto fun for 20 years and I've only ever even seen one one time (posted here on Net54) and it wasn't for sale

The rest of the short story...This is from the gentleman I got them from-
"I worked for a manufacturing co. for 50 years as art director. About 30 years ago we were cleaning out the old steel filling cabinets. It was pretty much old correspondence going back to the 20’s. Well guess what I came across? They weren’t complete but it was fun opening the ones I had. The frustrating part was not being able to bring the images to full developement. Considering the number of marginal images. The manufacturing process must have been shakey." ![]()
