Border chipping can be forgiven by a few different grading companies, but Mint or Better BCCGs normally come out to an 8.5 or 9 when reslabbed by BGS.

A 1(ST) is worth a 1. So is an AUTH.
Strangely enough, a Good 2(Q) is worth a 1, but a Fair 1.5(Q) is worth 1.5, so a lower conditioned card is worth more for the registry. https://www.psacard.com/psasetregistry/rules Quote:
