That is weird! Usually I see the auto-scan, "In Transit" that populates every 24 hours or so to make it seem like there is some activity on the package. I would suggest opening an inquiry; I have had good luck this way, it draws attention to the issue and it is assigned to a real person; It is usually resolved within a few days.
