That factory never existed, in 1870s Tomas Gutiérrez registered his trademark and remained with that name until 1960, since its foundation it had several owners, in 1910 it was Manuel López and that same year the owners of the El Rey del Mundo Factory, it was Diaz, y Cia. In my catalog they appear with his real name Tomás Gutiérrez Major League Baseball 1924. I don't know who put these cards Diaz, but he made a serious mistake, since they call them by a false name.
