Last row on the left could be Dave Schmidt; pitched for the Rangers, White Sox, Orioles, Expos and Mariners from 1981-1992.
Last row on the right looks like Tim Hyers, played for the Padres in 1994-95, Tigers in 1996, and the Marlins in 1999. Steve

I believe the 6th on the right that is being identified as Joe Washington is actually Ron Washington, longtime MLB player and manager.

I believe Derek is correct about the Washington being Ron, and not Joe.

Yes I admit my mistake it is Ron Washington NOT Joe Washington.
Thanks for pointing out my error . My only excuse is that my 61 year old eyes don't focus as quickly as they used to at first glances at objects. That's why I use 5x loupes for my patients.
