Yes, it's up. Yaz Rookie has jumped in the past few months. PSA 7s were trading in the 350-500 range for a long time. They are now 700-range.
Steve Carlton Rookie PSA 7ish was 250-275. It's now up 100+ with further growth potential. Ryan rookie definitely up. Schmidt rookie up. Brett/Yount rookies are up. Eddie Murray rookie PSA 8 is easily trading at double where it was in April/May 2020. '71 Topps Clemente PSA 7 was a ~$300-325 card at the beginning of 2020. It was a $450 card at the end of 2020. The last two have traded at over $600, as they have been caught up in the massive appreciation that seems to have taken place since the beginning of 2021. So in the higher profile examples, this era is up up UP. |

Even poor read cards whether stars or commons often going many times more now. People are sometimes paying over $1 per card for commons with paper loss. (Though I did just get 5 1934 gold medal food cards all missing borders for $35 on eBay and $20 for 6 great condition 1936-37 diamond matchbooks with all the matches, so there are still some what I would consider bargains outside the more popular sets.

Wow ! I knew Ryan had a bump. But this is pretty interesting because as time goes on I can see people moving in to this area more.

You can make an argument that the 68 Ryan is the 2nd most recognizable card post-war behind the 52 Mantle.
